This place suits me perfectly! I love the fitness center, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff returned my forgotten belongings during my first stay, showing great care. I recommend trying their delicious breakfast!

The warm bread at breakfast was delightful, but the air conditioning was very noisy.

Had a fun stay enjoying the relaxing sauna and the indoor pool, perfect after a long day of exploring. The only downside was that the bathroom could have been a touch cleaner, yet considering it was a busy weekend, it was still pretty decent! If you’re in the area, definitely check out the breakfast options – they were really good! 😊

my stay at doubletree by hilton was amazing! we received warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in, which was such a sweet welcome after our long journey. the king room was comfortable and clean, with a great shower and reliable wifi. the location is perfect, especially being near hospital row. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, making the stay even better!

The room felt a bit cramped, especially with limited seating and no fridge while my friend's identical room had one. I also noticed the heating and cooling system was quite temperamental. it switched between warm and cool throughout the night. Additionally, despite being clean, some areas had minor signs of wear and tear that could use a bit more attention.

We explored Ripley's Aquarium of Canada and loved the convenient location. The room was comfortable, staff were super friendly, and breakfast options were great. Just a heads up, parking can be pricey at around $50 per night, so budget for that.

While the stay had its ups and downs, the warm cookies at check-in were a delightful touch. Customer service could improve, especially regarding responsiveness to concerns, but overall the experience was satisfactory.

Couple's getaway that hits the sweet spot

The staff here was surprisingly accommodating—helped us with a last-minute room request and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The clawfoot tub in our suite, man, that thing was like taking a bath in luxury, best part after walking around all day, you know?

Breakfast buffet had options galore, and the location was prime—right near some bangin' eats like Sansotei Ramen and Hemispheres Restaurant & Bistro. Delicious! Plus, the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond.

The air conditioning in our room was a total ruckus—sounded more like a plane than a hotel amenity! Plus, the bed could use a serious upgrade. we tossed and turned like it was a dance floor instead of a resting spot.

I did notice some noise from the street at night which affected sleep quality.
